My Story
A few years ago, I received news that changed my life. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and discovered that I was gluten intolerant. At the time, I was exhausted, discouraged, and struggling with symptoms that affected my daily life. I felt overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. In the midst of that difficult season, I went to God in prayer. Over the course of the following year, He led me on a journey of transformation. I began making radical changes to my lifestyle, focusing on a nutrient-dense, gluten-free diet made with high-quality ingredients. I also committed to regular exercise, learned healthier ways to cope with stress, and developed habits that supported my overall well-being. Today, I am thriving, healthy, and stronger than I have been in years.
